/IRM/VISTEX & Vendor Sales Tracing Data - Standard or custom?

Gurus,

Can you please provide how to bring below source from SAP? I only care charge back ,vendor rebate and sales tracing.  I came across a document that explains there are only two sources for charge back i.e.[/IRM/IPCBHDR] and [/IRM/IPCBITM].  I also need [/IRM/IPCBVSP], [/IRM/IPCBDFL], S900, S901 data bring into BW. There are millions of records on each table.  I did not find any delivered BI content for these sources.  For item and header, can we take the advantage of delta, if we can, which  delta mechanism works?  Any advise is greatly appreciated.
