Our system has been upgraded from ERP6.0 EHP4 to EHP7. And during the health check, I've noticed that PA61 will return short dump whenever I click "List Entry" for IT2001. I have tried with different personnel number and the short dump keeps popping up. I have also tried to trace in debug mode and notice that SAP is trying to read a non-existing record (with start/end date = 00.00.0000) during the end of loop of IT2001.
Our company is using SAP GUI 7.30. Is there any way to solve the issue?
