you can use the following query,

Select mcvalue from idmv_vallink_basic where mcattrname='MSKEYVALUE' and mcvalue='TCheck1'

or

Select mcvalue from idmv_vallink_basic_active where mcattrname='MSKEYVALUE' and mcvalue='TCheck1'
