Yes, i have done this when i started my career in logistics. I have receiving, put-away, picked, packed, despatched(confirm TO and PGI), cycle counting, stock take, adjustments, updating GAWB to complete the order. Later on in my sales operation role in HP i use to create an sales order based on customer PO and track and monitor till finished goods gets delivered to customer. Like putting the order on hold, taking the hold and pushing the order into production and make sure WH receiving the order into SAP and PGI.
DHL don't use SAP as system. But if some customer insists to use SAP we have used customer SAP.
DHL use many other systems like Elog, Select, Manhattan
