I was able to install abap instance of crm with SYBASE DB.
However while installing java instance gave different SID and instance number but modified the default settings of Sybase due to which it was giving error followed a sap not which said not to Modify the default settings in installation. It can be changed after installation.
now both CRM Abap and java are up and running.
But if this is the case how can we go ahead with MSCS Cluster.
