Wanted to clarify why I am asking this question!
I am trying to anticipate possible barriers to the adoption of NWBC in our environment. As with most customers, SAPGUI has ruled the world here and this 'window title' thing could introduce some confusion/annoyance.
With the SAPGUI, when you open multiple sessions (which are windows, not tabs within a window), each window has its own title (with the fancy Blue Crystal theme!):

In the NWBC world, each of the tabs has a title, but let's say you work in multiple environments --- when you try to find your way back via alt-tab you do not know which NWBC window contains your tabs for environment A versus environment B. As I mentioned in the post, the Windows task bar does have the information in it, just hoping there is a way for that to be in other "window switching" methods.
