Please be aware that OSS note 1508357 you'll be applying is applicable for DB2.

As other colleagues this one seems fit to your scenario. Did you try it?

Also I would recommend to clean you monitoring tables via this function module (sm37):

SWNC_COLLECTOR_CLEAN_SWNCMONI

And you could have a look at TCOLL table via se14, whether it has some weird entries.
