Go to pe01 and check schema IN00. Under that you will find INN1 subschema, go through PCR INEPF and INPTB and all otehr statutory deductions happening in India payroll. It will give you better idea.
Once configurations are done, it will work perfect. But it depends on client's requirement whether any changes need to done in PCR's or not.
