Hi
Please check your task profile and data access profile. Do you have access to run collection wizard etc.
you are following these steps
1) click on collection from EPM tab.
2)Collection wizard window will open.
3)select file and click next.
4)select file will e process for upload.
Is there any error is appearing? it should be like as shown below.

if you are getting any error or warning in above step then please share the screen shot.
Try to upgrade your EPM Add-In version to latest version.
