no there isn't 
I know this requirement/idea arises from the fact that some managers blindly click "approve" and you want to somehow make sure the manager really checked all the facts he ought to check. But this cannot be solved with technical means 
At the other hand, you could write an intelligent program for postprocessing, checking for plausibility of the travel facts and if a manager has approved 3 or more blatanly wrong requests/claims you could create an IT0000 of type "End of Employment" for him
