I created an excel database to be used for a crystal reports. The workbook has three sheets: Employee Time, Employee Wages, and Operations. Each sheet has one table with a list of data. For example, my Operations sheet has the table "Production Operations". It has two columns with the headers Code and Operation. When I created my crystal report with this database, all of the records came through OK but its using the excel sheet name as the Crystal Reports table name and in the field explorer all the fields names are displayed as F1, F2, F3 and so on. Does anyone know how to change these names, either in excel or Crystal? As far as I know in excel, they are correct.
