In general only two things can make difference in value after the activation of DSO.
1. key field combination : make sure you have unique set of chars as part of Key fields.
2. Key figure 'aggregation' at transformation. - In general for DSO it is Overwrite and some time Summation.
According to print screens, I can say that 'Aggregation' type is Overwrite only. And i did not see two unique in new data table.
Both records has same reference doc,billing doc & date, so both are identical records only. Hence it get overwritten. showing second value after activation.
FYI - For all New data table key fields would be : SID, Data packet & Data record. So please do not consider those are key fields of your DSO.
And please verify source data(table/RSA3) before you break your head.
