Hi All,
When creating a new Sales Order, typing in the partner code and hitting enter, the partner's comment, if any, appear in a system message box with Ok as the only validation choice.
Firstly, some users do not receive this message and I need to find out why, but I have been around the menu and can only find the alert functionality that can be customised and doesn't seem to relate to the System Message box at all. How can I find out which users it is addressed to?
Secondly, I need to edit this message box to add another information to the comments that are already displayed in that system message box. Does anyone know how I can edit this message box?
