On the sales manager is not an employee - I guess you can make sure any employee flags are set and also ensure it's assigned in organization unit to the org unit - maybe that is causing the error (in administration - org structure).
On the pricing procedure error -this sounds like there are multiple pricing procedures in CRM and it doesn't know which one to call. have you got an CRM Op configuration expert who can look at these and see if one is set to default? I don't know the code list mapping settings for this - or maybe in the value mapping you can set a default pricing procedure. I'm assuming the service takes the default pricing procedure based on the sales info/customer data - so I'm thinking this is a setting in SAp CRM. I will also check this default pricing procedure error on our side.
