Hi Caroline,
Once you enter into your Query designer you have to click on open query and there you will select history and click on find option and give your report name and then continue. if you want to find out your Infoprovider, serach it in query properties there you can find your Infoprovider name.
Exactly what you are looking i don't know...but this is also one of the way to find infoprovider name.
