Fiori My Leave Request Error - No service found for namespace /GBHCM/, name LEAVEREQUEST, version 0002

HI

I am trying to configure the My Leave Request App in Fiori, all the pre-reqs are done (as per the document) . while launching the app, it error out saying

1. 1.  GET http://server:8000/sap/opu/odata/GBHCM/LEAVEREQUEST;v=2/$metadata?sap-client=001 403 (Forbidden) core-min-2.js:62

The LeaveRequest service is activated in Maint_service...However it the front end tries to call the version 2 sap/opu/odata/GBHCM/LEAVEREQUEST;v=2

Why does it try to call v2 of the service instead of the regular one? I checked in Maint_service, we have only ONE service !

What could be issue here??
