Hide Ineligible employees ECM planning tabs

Hi Experts,

I have requirement to hide ineligible employees in different tabs of ECM planning tab. For example One employee may be eligible   for one compensation item tab and the same employee may not be eligible in other tab.So we have to hide the ineligible employees accordingly on each tab.
