Hi Sunil,

you must create a Smartform in English Language

and maintain language translations for Titles using SE63 in different languages ( Chinese, Japanese, Korean) in respective language Key

and while Generating Shop paper, system by default will pick the Plant language which must be maintained specific to country (T001W-SPRAS)

there is no specific code is required

ensure SE63 language translations and  Plant level language (T001w-SPRAS)

rest will take care by program
