Use Exit CONF0001.
Get QMNUM field value (Notification Number) from the Import Structure I_CAUFVD into a local variable --> pass this to VIQMEL table to get the desired 4 values. These are AUSVN, AUZTV, AUSBS and AUZTB. Now use these values to control user-actions by displaying errors / messages as per your requirement.
In case, this Exitt does not support your requirement then try the same logic given above in Exits CONFPM01 to CONFPM05. Only difference is the name of Import Structure here is CAUFVD_IMP.
