Make sure if open document application is functioning ?
1) Log in to BI Launchpad, go the folder where your target/detail report is saved
2) Select the report and right click, from menu options choose document link
3) Copy the document link url and paste it in other browser, you should be able to view your target/detail webi document, while executing document URL you may need to provide your Business Objects Enterprise user credentials in the browser.
If the above step is success, make sure your open document URL and it's parameters are properly defined to delegate right prompt values/parameter values to detail webi report.
If the there is a problem opening document URL, then you have to redeploy your open document web application in your application server by taking the back up of your customizations to the BOE web applications
