Displaying text (Report) from time dependent characteristics refering on the available object in cube

Hi Experts,

I am confronted with follwing issues.I have one time dependent characteristic with text etc in my cube.

After running the report on a specific date, only those text which where loaded on that day are shown. The cube is showing only the ID. In some case, we have the ID in the cube and by drilling down the text part turn empty.

How can i control it so that only those ids in the cube should be displayed by drilling down with text?
