Agreement and cost center may not be present in each of the SES in your system. I dont think there will be any standard report for your specific requirement
All you can do is select the POs from EKPO and EKKN tables with required cost center and agreement. and select the SES from EKBE table with transaction/event type as 9 (SES)
For the entire activity, you have to make multiple temporary excel sheets with data, or you can use SQVI or formulate custom report for the same.
If this report is very frequent please use a custom report, it would need only few joints and few selections.
